The grievance of the petitioner is that certain private respondents had encroached upon the petitioner's land.

If that is the case, the petitioner may file a regular suit under section 134 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 for ejectment of the encroachers.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
