JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue notice.
Notices on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 have been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel whereas on behalf of the respondent no. 4 Sri M.N. Singh has put in appearance, therefore, notices need not be served to them again.
Learned counsel for the respondents may file counter affidavit within a period of six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed two weeks thereafter. List thereafter.
As an interim measure, without prejudice to the right and contention of the parties, subject to deposit of Rs. 800 before the respondent no. 3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the petitioner's eviction from an area 0.020 H. in plot no. 116 situated in Mauja Kalandarpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur shall remain stayed.
