Heard Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saghir Ahmad, learned A.G.A. representing the State respondents.
Challenge in this writ petition is to the F.I.R. dated 04.09.2017 resulting in Case Crime No. 0480 of 2017, under Section 3/5/8/ Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Jasrana, District-Firozabad.
We have gone through the contents of the first information report and we are satisfied that the F.I.R. clearly discloses the commission of a cognizable offence.
This being position, we decline to exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction.
The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
