This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to hear and decide the suit no. 426 of 2013 (Sher Mohammad and other vs. Gaon Sabha) under Section 41 L.R. Act which is still pending S.D.M. Tehsil Handia, District-Prayagraj, within short span of time without granting any adjournment between both the parties."
It has been submitted that the proceedings under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue are pending consideration since the year 2013.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
