Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the evidence of witnesses of fact and formal witnesses have already been recorded and the statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 24.3.2017 but for some or the other reasons the trial is lingering on account of applicant is suffering from great hardship being complainant in the present case.
Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the courts below to decide the Case No.448/9 of 2013 (State vs. Akhtar and others) arising out of Case Crime No.194 of 2012 under Sections 498-A, 323 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila,District Moradabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
