JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur, C.J.
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection stating that party respondents, the earlier workers, are creating trouble not only objecting the willing workers to work but also trying to damage the vehicle belonging to petitioner. At the time of passing interim order dated 11.03.2014, parties were referred to mediation, however, it did not materialise. If private respondents have any right or demand against the petitioner, they must approach the Labour Officer concerned for proper recourse and they can not take law into their own hands and damage the vehicle belonging to the petitioner and interfere with the work. In the light of the same, the interim order dated 11.03.2014 is made absolute and the Writ Petition is disposed of.
Manjula Chellur, Chief Justice.
ttb/02/06 P.R. Ramachandra Menon, Judge.
