Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The dispute in the writ petition is regarding the transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle car bearing registration no. U.P.-78-EP-6262.
Learned Standing Counsel, who was given time to seek instructions in the matter informs that according to the instructions, the vehicle has already been transferred in favour of transferee.
In view of above facts, which are not disputed, the writ petition has outlived its utility and no cause of action survives in it. Accordingly, the writ petition is directed to be consigned to the record.
