Heard Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kaushlendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
The case of the petitioner is that in respect of its grievance it has represented the same before respondent no.3 by representation dated 15.9.2020 which has not been decided till date.
Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, states that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending, the same be disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority to decide the above representation, or a fresh representation, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
