Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing the order sheet of the trial court to show the status of the trial.
Office is directed to submit a report whether a certified copy of order dated 26.5.2014 passed by this Court in first bail application i.e. Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.17981 of 2014 (Jalim Singh @ Janak Singh @ Rohit Sachan Vs. State) has been sent to the trial court or not, if the same has not been sent to the trial court, the office shall submit a report to this court on the next date fixed.
