[1] It is submitted by learned APP on instructions that charge sheet is filed.
[2] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court after filing of charge sheet. Permission is granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
[3] If any fresh application is preferred by the applicant before the Trial Court, in that event, Trial Court will consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits, considering the papers of charge sheet and without being influenced by the earlier passed by the trial court as well as order passed by this court today.
