Despite repeated adjournments, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has not been ready to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, at request of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the matter has been adjourned now and then. Finally, when the matter is listed today i.e., 25.07.2017, even today also the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks further time. The same is strongly resisted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Considering the above position, it is evident that the revision petitioner is not ready to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with costs.
