Heard learned advocates for the private parties and learned APP for the respondent - State of Gujarat.
In view of the order dated 16.02.2012 passed by this Court, grievance of the petitioner with regard to release of muddamal viz. Basmati rice, which is subject mater of the impugned complaint, by and large stands redressed. However, with regard to amendment granted and carried out in this petition, as per order dated 31.01.2012, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to avail remedy in accordance with law, including to file substantive petition qua such amendment, pleadings and prayer contained therein.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
This petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the amendment granted and carried out ,as above.
