1. The present application u/s.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicants herein to quash and set aside the proceedings in pursuance of Criminal Misc. Application No.28/2007 pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.22, Ahmedabad.
2. Today when the present application is taken up for final hearing, Mr.Mehul Vakharia, learned advocate appearing on behalf applicants, under the instruction from his counter-part, has stated at the bar that due to subsequent development, the present application has become infructuous.
3. Under the circumstances, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
