JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) On consent of the parties, trial run may be continued for a fortnight from today provided the petitioners should get CCA certificate and if they have not applied for, they must apply for in the meantime. Mr. R.D. Raval, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that adequacy certificates have already been filed. If those are really filed, the GPCB will check up and will pass appropriate order.
Let the matter appear on July 12, 2012.
