JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.1670 of 2009 Between:
1. Jakkam Ravi Kumar, and others.
PETITIONERS AND 1. The Panchayat Secretary, (The Public Information Officer), Gram Panchayat Bhupalpally, Village and Mandal, Warangal District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
