1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.
2. By means of this application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have prayed for quashing of the entire proceeding in Case No. 1264 of 2014 (State vs. Jaki Ahmad and others) under Section 323, 504, 506 of IPC, arising out of Case Crime No. 141 of 2013, P.S.- Bhavanpur, District- Mathura and further proceedings of the case passed in pursuance thereof so far as it relates to applicants.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are already enlarged on bail and he would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not dispute.
4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. The applicant is also granted liberty to appear through his counsel.
5. With the aforesaid observations / directions, the application stands disposed of.
