On the matter being taken up today, no one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this application.
This is time extension application with the prayer to extend the time earlier passed in this case vide previous order dated 28.2.2018.
Heard the learned A.G.A. also and considered the prayer so made.
It would be in the interest of justice that the applicant be given last opportunity to put in his appearance before the court concerned within ten days from today. It is clarified that in case the applicant fails to do the needful within ten days from today, this order will be of no effect.
