Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order in terms of which the representation of the petitioner has come to be rejected.
In terms of the order impugned dated 27 September 2018, it has been held that the petitioner was never selected or appointed as a Seasonal Collection Amin. It has further been found that the petitioner obtained the receipt book in collusion with the WBN.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness candidly admitted that the procedure as contemplated under Rule 17 of the U.P. Collection Amins Service Rules 1974 was never followed. He also does not dispute that no appointment letter was ever issued to the petitioner. His name is also not shown to have been included in any select list.
On an over all conspectus of the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no ground to entertain the writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
