2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the notice for sale dated 29.08.2016.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent – Bank submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid notice for sale, no sale took place as the bidders did not respond. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
