The applicants have approached this Court assailing the charge- sheet dated 30.07.2016 concerned to N.C.R. No.56 of 2016 under sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Deedarganj, District Azamgarh as well as proceeding of case no.903 of 2017 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.12 Azamgarh.
Charge-Sheet dated 30.7.2016 is being challenged by the applicants at this belated stage. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
