Learned Advocate Mr. Mankad for the petitioner states that, pending the petition, the petitioner will make representation to the respondent. Learned Advocate Mr. Naik for M/s Trivedi & Gupta states that he will inform the respondent to accept the representation, which is to be made by the petitioner, and also call the petitioner. As and when such representation is made, the respondent may consider the same in accordance with law. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent.
