1.0 The applicant has taken out present Civil Application seeking below mentioned relief:

The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct/ permit for the documents annexed herewith, to be produced/taken on the record of the suit and to give exhibits to the said documents."
2.0 Mr. Vakil, learned advocate has appeared for present opponent/original defendant. He submitted that so far as the request seeking permission to produce certain documents on record is concerned, opponent/defendant has no objection subject to their (defendant's) right to file additional written statement with regard to the documents now sought to be produced on record.
3.0 In view of the aforesaid stipulation by learned advocate for the defendant made by present applicant the permission to produce on record, the additional documents referred to in the application is granted subject to permission to the opponent/defendant to file additional written statement/reply so as to deal with the said additional documents produced by applicant-plaintiff. Such additional written statement shall be restricted to the said aspect only.
4.0 The Court has also taken notice of the submission of learned advocate for the defendant that the defendant does not admit, at this stage, the documents or the contents of the documents. Hence, the said aspect of the matter, connected with the documents, is kept open for further and appropriate orders after the written statement/reply is filed by applicant-plaintiff.
5.0 With the aforesaid clarification, the application is partly allowed and accordingly disposed of.
