Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the order of dismissal of the petitioner herein, made by the 3rd respondent WM/A-I/SHELL, vide order No.PB/S/DAR/788820/OUA, dt. 22/08/2012 on the Charge Memorandum No. PB/S/DAR/788820/SF-5/OUA, dt. 24/07/2009 and quash the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file regular appeal against the impugned order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
