"Though served, respondent no. 4 who is likely to be effected by this order has not been represented.
In the interests of justice and as a last chance, matter to come up on 09.08.2012. Mr. H.S. Munshaw will inform the District Development Officer that matter is fixed on 09.08.2012."
District Development Officer, Gandhinagar will remain present on the next date of hearing. Ms. Mamta R Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. S.O. to 23.08.2012.
Direct service is permitted.
