Learned Counsel has tried to emphasize us on the letter of the petitioner, who is a Gram Pradhan, dated 03.03.2021 sent to various authorities.
We feel that the hold of Gram Pradhan during this pandemic is much more than the others and he should have shown much more restraint which is not.
We do not feel that during this pandemic, the photograph at pages 36 and 37 will oblige us to entertain this petition where the F.I.R. discloses, prima face, commission of offence only on the basis of a letter written by the petitioner. Prima facie, it cannot be presumed that he is innocent and has not committed any offence.
If the petitioner wants to apply for bail, we cannot restrain him. It is his right to take recourse of law as permitted.
With these observations, this petition is dismissed.
