Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Shri Vinod Kant, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned A.G.A. and Shri Mohd. Naushad, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.
Pursuant to order dated 4.8.2021 passed by this Court, corpus Smt. Roshani has been produced before this court by Sub-Inspector, Jai Prakash Srivastava, and lady constable Prachi Shukla of P.S. Ghoraval, District Sonbhadra.
On being questioned, she states that she has not been illegally detained by respondent no.4. As per High School Certificate, the corpus is a major girl and is free to go where-ever she likes as per her wishes.
In view of above statement of corpus, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 is permitted to file Vakalatnama in the Registry during course of day.
