Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter is pending in S.T. No. 262 of 2017 before Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Etah.
The only prayer made in this application is that a direction should be given to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Etha, in S.T. No. 262 of 2017, to conclude the trial, since it is the matter of 2017.
In vies of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned trial court to conclude this matter as expeditiously as possible, provided there is no legal impediment/stay order staying the proceedings of the case without any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
