The Party-in-Person was given hearing and when she was called upon to explain as to under which provision of law the writ as prayed for is to be issued to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and why alternative remedy of filing Civil Suit is not availed, she submitted that if this Court is not inclined to pass any order against the respondents on the submission of discrimination to lady advocate, the Court may put up this matter before the Hon ble the Chief Justice for passing appropriate order.
In light of aforesaid submission, this Court is left with no other choice but to direct the office the place this matter before the Hon ble the Chief Justice for passing appropriate order for placement of the matter.
