Heard petitioner - Ms. Jaimin H. Vyas, appearing as party in person.

Party in person submits that the order dated 27.12.2011 passed by Ld. Additional City Sessions Judge, City Sessions Court No.14, awarding costs of Rs.750/-, is illegal and without justification while condoning delay of 14 days in filing Criminal Revision Application, more particularly, when sufficient cause was shown that the petitioner had to appear in entrance examination for obtaining Sanad as an advocate and LL.M. Part-I First Semester.

Issue notice returnable on 17th February, 2012.
