Heard Ms. Jaimini H. Vyas, applicant, appearing as party-in-person, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned APP for respondent-State of Gujarat.
In view of what is recorded in order dated 30.01.2012 and considering the prayer made by the petitioner to quash and set aside the impugned order to the extent of awarding costs of Rs.750/- on the petitioner, prima facie, it appears that reasons canvassed by the party in person before the appellate court appears to be genuine and I deem it just and proper to quash and set aside the impugned order of awarding costs of Rs.750/- in the impugned proceedings.
This petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent only.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Order accordingly.
