JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2011 to process Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with Cochin Christian Civil Marriage Act. Considering the nature of the reliefs sought in this writ petition, I am of the view, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
