THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER 1. Memo is preferred by the learned Counsel for the petitioner praying that the instant writ petition be disposed off in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in a batch of writ petitions bearing W.P.Nos.8388-8417/2017 and other connected matters. Copy of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in the batch of writ petitions stated supra is placed before the Court.
2. There is no representation on behalf of respondents 3 & 4.
3. It is fairly submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order has been carried in appeal and the appeal is pending. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition could be disposed off in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.8388-8417/2017 and connected matters. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed off in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.8388- 8417/2017 and connected matters.
