JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri S.C. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated 01.08.2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in writ petition No.4621 (SS) of 2011, the opposite party has taken a decision vide order dated 04.04.2012 but the said decision is not in accordance to law.
After hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, it appears that the compliance of the order has been carried out. However, for the grievances, if any, the petitioner is at liberty to seek the remedy at the appropriate forum, if advised so. But presently no contempt exists.
The contempt petition is dismissed.
