Heard Sri Kamal, holding brief of Sri Lalit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come up before this Court with the prayer that the respondent nos.2 and 3 may be directed to restore the electric connection of the tube- well of the petitioner.
It appears from the record that the respondent nos.4 to 7 alongwith others have filed Original Suit No.277 of 2019 (Mohd Israr and others vs. Dakshninanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. and others) in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Agra in which status-quo order has been passed on 14.05.2019 and the next date fixed for disposal of objection is 03.07.2019.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the court below for vacating the order passed by the Civil Judge.
