1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the ex-parte decision of the Tehsildar, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur by which he has deleted name of the petitioner from the revenue records for the Fasali year 1426-1431 at Gata No.128 area 0.105 hect.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that he has the remedy of moving appropriate application under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has efficacious and alternative remedy, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner moves an application before the concerned authority under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, the same shall be heard and decided expeditiously without giving unnecessary adjournments in accordance with law.
