This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is preferred by the petitioner to get certain encroachment removed from the land and other government land.
Before approaching this Court the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar agitating his grievance. As per learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, no response has been given to the representation submitted by the petitioner by the District Magistrate.
Having considered all relevant facts, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar to look into matter and, if any, encroachment exists then to act upon in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to submit a certified copy of this order to the District Magistrate along with copy of the petition for writ within a period of three weeks from today.
