The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 15.06.2010.
An interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioner on 28.07.2010. The writ petition is of the year 2010. There is nothing on the record to established that inquiry proceedings have been contemplated or pending.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the inquiry proceedings, if not already concluded, within a period of three months from today.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the competent authority, within two weeks.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
