JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Ram Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notice for opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.2 to 4 have been accepted by Sri Sampurnanand Shukla, learned counsel.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the impugned order dated 07.12.2017 has been passed against the petitioner in the same manner as the earlier impugned order dated 04.10.2017 had been passed. The said order dated 04.10.2017 was set aside by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.11.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.A-51973 of 2017 directing the respondents to pass a fresh orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of earlier order dated 07.11.2017, the petitioner was reinstated in service. However, the impugned order dated 07.12.2017 has been passed in compliance of order of this Court dated 07.11.2017.
Prima-facie, it appears that both the orders i.e. dated 04.10.2017 and 07.12.2017 have been passed in the same manner. Therefore, the matter requires consideration.
Let counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within a period of two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of one week thereafter.
List this case in the week commencing 21.05.2018 as fresh.
The application for interim relief of the petitioner would be considered on the next date of listing.
