Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for promotion as well as evaluation of the allegation that juniors have been promoted shall be duly attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly while this Court dispose of the instant writ petition in light of the statement noted above, it is only additionally provided that in case the fourth respondent proceeds to evaluate the claim of the petitioner he shall do so after putting the respondent Nos. 5 to 9 on notice.
