Heard Ms. Gajala Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned Counsel for respondent nos.3.
The petitioner wants that his representation be directed to be decided and at the same time, directions be issued to the respondent no.2 and to ensure compliance of the Judgment and decree dated 7.12.1971 passed in Civil Misc. Appeal No.40 of 1971, which has been affirmed in second appeal by the High Court.
The petitioner is having a decree of declaration in respect of the land in question in his favour by the Civil Court, which has been affirmed by the High Court but the fact remains that the dispute of the petitioner is with the private respondent, which is beyond the scope of writ jurisdiction.
As far as, the contention of the petitioner that his name be mutated in the revenue records, the petitioner has moved application on 13.12.2018 before respondent no.2 and, if it is pending, we direct it to be considered and decided in accordance with law most expeditiously. The petitioner is not entitled to any other relief in this petition, it accordingly stands disposed of.
