This petition for writ has been preferred for a direction to the respondents to release plot no.1247 measuring 15 biswas situated at village Naubasta, Tehsil & District Kanpur Nagar in favour of the petitioner after taking betterment charges. Before approaching this Court the petitioner submitted a representation with Executive Engineer, Awas Vikas Nirman Khand 18 Hanspuram, Kanpur Nagar. He reported his case by other several representations, a copy whereof was available on record.
Having considered the facts of the case we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the respondent no.3, Executive Engineer, Awas Vikas Nirman Khand 18 Hanspuram, Kanpur Nagar to consider the representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously as far as possible within a period of two months from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order along with copy of this petition and the documents annexed thereto before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition for writ stands disposed of.
