Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel who appears for the Secretary, Jhansi Vikas Pradhikaran, Jhasi.
The petitioner is working as a Junior Engineer in the said Development Authority. He says that he is entitled to be given the benefit of the transfer policy framed by the State Government for its Government employees. The said transfer policy provides that if an employee is due to retire and only two years are left, he may be given his choice posting at a district of his choice as indicated in his representation.
The petitioner has already made a representation on 13.10.2018, the same has not been decided till date.
Since, the representation was made only on 13.10.2018 and the writ petition was filed on 21.10.2018, learned counsel for the respondents says that some appropriate time be given for decision of the representation.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and summon a report from his subordinate and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
