Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that his representations dated 30.8.2019 and 9.9.2019 filed before the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria is still pending and no decision is being taken by the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria on the said representations of the petitioner. The representations appear to have been filed for payment of arrears of salary.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria, i.e., respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid representations.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
