Heard Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the opposite party and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II Agra to consider and conclude the Complaint Case No. 3453 of 2017 (Jai Ram Singhal Vs. Murari Lal) pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, District Agra expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party and learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II Agra to consider and conclude the Complaint Case No. 3453 of 2017 (Jai Ram Singhal Vs. Murari Lal), most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
