Sole prayer is that the recall application filed by the petitioner pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Narval, District-Kanpur Nagar for getting the order dated 29.12.2017 recalled be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the recall application was not being decided the authorities were all the time trying to implement the order dated 29.12.2017.
It is therefore, directed that the recall application for recalling the order dated 29.12.2017 be decided within a period of one month from the presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Till the application is decided or for a period of one month whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of.
