Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the interim injunction order dated 19.05.1994 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Mau in Original Suit No. 664 of 1994 (Om Prakash Verma and others Vs. Ram Ji Singh and Ors.) has been flouted.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the interim order expired on 26.12.2016, thereafter, it was not extended. It is urged that prior to expiry of the interim order the opposite party has violated the order by raising construction.
Learned counsel for the applicant is unable to explain the delay in approaching this Court.
In view thereof, the petition is barred by limitation under Section 20 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
Accordingly petition is dismissed.
