Shri Siddharth Jaiswal holding brief of Shri S.K. Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent is present.
On the previous occasions it was informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant is no more and was granted time to file substitution application. Thereafter, further time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to obtain necessary instructions.
However, in view of the non appearance of the counsel for the appellant, it appears that the heirs of the appellant are not interested in pressing this appeal.
This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
