THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This writ petition is filed seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 5.2.2018, 10.04.2018 and 09.01.2019 vide Annexures-A to C.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the said representations would be considered in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner vide Annexures-A to C within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
