The controversy involved in the present writ petition pertains to the selections initiated for the appointments on the posts of Assistant Teachers by the State Council of Education and Research Training, U.P. by advertisement dated 14.08.2001 as modified by corrigendum dated 22.08.2001.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel Sri Archana Singh submits that the selection process has been completed long back and the petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the fact that the controversy involved in the present case pertains to the selection of the year 2001, the writ petition appears to have been rendered infructuous by efflux of time, and it is accordingly dismissed.
