In the meantime, Sri Anuj Srivastava learned counsel appearing for the respondent-UPSRTC shall complete his instructions on the assertion of the petitioner that the disciplinary enquiry had proceeded in retaliation of the complaint of the petitioner against respondent nos.3 & 4, and that the request of petitioner to change the enquiry officer, against whom complaint was made by the petitioner, was considered or not.
As prayed, put up this matter as fresh on 08.08.2019.
